Latin Jazz and Salsa has become some of the most popular music on the scene today.
Percussionist Tony Padilla has collaborated with some of Rochester's
finest musicians bringing an exceptional element to these styles of music. This ensemble has taken a different direction by performing classic standards, with a Hot Afro Cuban rhythm section. Influenced by Jazz, Pop, and Rock, this music also retrieves tradition from the islands of Puerto Rico, Cuba, and the Caribbean. Through hard work and commitment, Tumbao has established it's presence with performances which include corporate parties, weddings, festivals, Rochester clubs and social functions. Regardless of the event, Tumbao will accomodate your needs. The group ranges from a quartet to eight members. Latin Music at it's best!!!
